The principals have been involved in real estate investment and management for over 20 years and have completed over $2.0 billion in real estate acquisitions and financings. CSC focuses on opportunistic real estate investments of multi-tenant properties in Central Texas, as well as the acquisition and/or development of education related real estate throughout the US. Additionally, CSC provides a variety of professional property management services which have proven to deliver value to owners via a hands on, owner-operator approach, whereby each property is managed as if our own money was invested.
