We have significant experience across various commercial real estate sectors including single tenant/NNN properties, retail, office, wet-lab, residential, mobile home parks, industrial, medical office and education related uses. We specialize in creatively structured and privately sourced transactions to capture additional value for our investors from the start. Charter Stone Capital uses its network of relationships to generate deal flow, focusing on existing asset acquisitions, development and redevelopment opportunities.
In addition, we invest our own capital in each transaction we sponsor so that our interests are fully aligned with our investors.
